Payment/Refunds/Invoices:
New invoices must be paid within 24 hours of due date or invoice will be cancelled. To reissue invoice, a re-engagement fee of $50 will be added.
All payment plan related invoices paid more than 5 days after the due date will incur a $25 late fee. If invoice (plus late fee) is not paid within 10 days of due date, the contract will be voided and the project will be marked completed as is. All payment reminders will be delivered via email.
Once payment has been made, refunds cannot be issued.*
*No Exceptions | if client chooses to hire another designer, initiates design process on their own or disputes charges, etc. that does not guarantee a refund and is a violation of terms and conditions; therefore, giving LIC Marketing Company LLC the right to cancel order with no refund.

Turnaround Time (Completion Time)
Approximate turnaround time is 1-14 business days for designs and 14-30 business days for web design, packaged services (excluding weekends/holidays). turnaround time begins once payment has been made in full and design form as well as all needed material has been submitted.
*Please be advised that this eta is approximate and is subject to change based on project/client.
An additional $50 can be added to order as a rush order fee. This fee will guarantee 48-hour draft submission for designs; this excludes website design and packaged services.
Business days do not include weekends.
Drafts and communication may still be sent outside of business days/hours; this is not inclusive of turnaround time.
*Please be advised that additional revisions (beyond the 2 included in the project scope) will delay project completion; additional 3 business days per revision.

Communication During Project:
Outside of design form/questionnaires and new client consultation, LIC Marketing & Design will only contact you if there are any questions and when first drafts are ready for submission.
Otherwise, agreed upon completion date will be outlined in service agreement and LIC will only contact you via email or voice call if needed.
If you contact LIC Marketing, please allow up to 48 business hours for a response.
*To prevent delays in production, we will not respond to personal messages on social media regarding project status.
Client has up to 3 business days to provide feedback (request changes or approve design) after each draft submission and/or request for more information. If client fails to do so in the time allowed, order will be marked as complete, and LIC will send finalized files as is. To resume order, there will be a $30 re-engagement fee added to total amount of order and turnaround time will be reset.

Project Timelines
In order to stay compliant with LIC turnaround times, LIC will require clients to adhere to a deadline for certain items.
Timelines can be extended one-time per client for up to 5 business days. Due to our obligation to other client timelines, LIC will not make additional extensions after this grace period.
If client fails to do so in the time allowed, the project will be disengaged, and LIC will send finalized files as is. To resume project, there will be a $30 re-engagement fee added to design projects and a $50 fee added to web design and social media projects. The turnaround time will also be reset.

Website Design:

Please ensure all required documents are checked prior to order to ensure project can be started in a timely manner. To avoid inconvenience fee, please ensure professional photos from a photoshoot will be taken, edited, and delivered no longer than a week after booking.
*Please note, turnaround time does not start until all needed documents have been submitted to info@licmarketingco.com.

Drafts & Final Files:
We submit 2 drafts (each project is allowed 2 rounds of edits) prior to submitting the final files/project. These drafts are not to be reposted, copied or manipulated as they are property of LIC Marketing Company LLC.
Client has up to 3 business days to provide feedback (request changes or approve design) after each draft submission and/or request for more information. If client fails to do so in the time allowed, order will be marked as complete, and LIC will send finalized files as is. To resume order, there will be a $30 re-engagement fee added to total amount of order and turnaround time will be reset.
Client will receive final files or website transfer via email provided. File formats vary by design. Native/design files and templates are available for an additional fee.
After client has approved design and finalized files have been submitted, any requested changes must be booked as a revision service.

All drafts are owned LIC Marketing Company LLC are not to be manipulated, resold or copied. LIC Marketing Company LLC reserves the right to cancel any order placed by client who violates these terms and conditions. The client only owns the approved version of the project.

Photography Requirements For Website
Client is responsible for providing product images and any additional images being incorporated into website design.
You must have professional photography or add-on Licensed photography (invoice will be sent upon request).
